Demonstrate that you have the knowledge, practical experience, and step-by-step skills you need to successfully troubleshoot issues and support Pure Storage FlashBlade® products. Increase your customer satisfaction and shorten your time to resolution with a certification that proves you can be trusted to handle FlashBlade support for your own data center or your customers’ data centers. Each Pure Certified FlashBlade Support Specialist will have access to the Support Toolkit, which provides advanced troubleshooting tools and information.

Exam Preparation

All on-demand courses are currently available at no charge through the Pure Academy with a login ID and password. Register for instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (vILT) through your Pure Partner or Channel Account Manager.

The exam itself consists of 60 multiple choice scored questions with a 150 minute time limit, covering the following topics:
